Tender description

General building works to numerous residential dwellings in Cookstown, Coleraine, L'Derry and Ballycastle. Significant elements of work includes: Minor demolitions and alterations; Kitchen and bathroom replacements; Mechanical and electrical installations; Wall, floor and ceiling finishes; Roof covering replacement; Rainwater goods replacement; External decorations. The Contractor should note that all of the dwellings will be occupied at all times and he shall cooperate fully with each tenant (if applicable) in carrying out all the works with minimum of inconvenience and disturbance, free access and right of way at all times to all dwellings must be granted to tenants.
