Tender description

Wigan Council is looking to establish a Framework for Building and Associated Works that were not successfully tendered in the previous Building and Associated Works Framework. It will be for a maximum period of 4 years (1 year fixed with an option to extend for another 3 years in 1 or additional year increments). The intended make-up of the Framework Part 2 is for the creation of a number of individual Lots covering specific areas of work. Cleaning, Clearing of Social Housing, Painting, Garage Doors, Various Flooring, Metal Gates & Fencing, Soft and Hard Groundworks, providing the best opportunity for the broadest range of Prospective Providers to apply for and be successful in joining the Framework. Painting inside and outside other public, commercial, industrial premises. Supply and installation of Garage Doors. Flooring Tiling. Flooring — Carpeting. Flooring various types.
