Tender description

The nature of the work is the stripping back of the existing Oak Panelling of all applied coatings back to bare Oak and refinishing with a fire retardant system. The areas of work are the Ground and first floor landings of the two main staircases. The approximate total area of panelling involved is circa 600 metres squared.
