Expression of Interest - To Undertake Works to Boundary Wall

The University of Chester is seeking expressions of interest for the boundary wall Rock Lane 37 Liverpool Road Chester which will include major structural alterations. This project circa £85,000 to £120,000.00 + VAT, will be awarded as a single stage contract running between November 2016 and December 2016. The works will consist of extensive structural works to an existing wall which runs from Rock Lane to Parkgate Road. The wall is a mixture of sandstone masonry, brickwork and cut bedrock and have been constructed in several different phases which vary in height from ~2 - 6m To express an interest in the in this tender opportunity, all applicants must register on the "In-Tend" e-tendering portal to access the expression of interest document. This must be completed and returned, via In-Tend, by 4pm, Friday 21st October 2016.
