Design and Build a New Primary School on the Crowdys Hill School Site, Jefferies Avenue, Swindon for Swindon Borough Council Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the design and build of a new primary school on the Crowdys Hill school site in Swindon. The primary school will comprise of 7 classrooms, breakout areas, therapy rooms, toilets, staff room, offices and external associated works. The contract will be initially for a period of 7 months commencing 20 February 2017. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than Friday, 13 January 2017, 12.00GMT by hardcopy to the address on the label at the end of the ITT document (Law & Democratic Services). If you wish to visit the school site, please ensure you email Neil Fishlock: nfishlock@swindon.gov.uk or Eve Wigmore: ewigmore@swindon.gov.uk to make the arrangement. Under no circumstances are you to access the site without this arrangement in place. Deadline for arranging a site visit is 12.00GMT, Friday, 16 December 2016. If you require any clarifications for the tender documents please submit these in writing by e-mail, including the project name clearly in the e-mail title, to Neil Fishlock at nfishlock@swindon.gov.uk by 21 December 2016, 12.00 GMT. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor’s responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.
