Tender description

The works comprise the demolition of 86 residential properties and 5 garage blocks on the Ings Estate in Hull. Garages are of concrete construction whilst the houses are of 'Caspon' construction. Demolition and removal includes the main building structure, all associated out houses, boundary fences, all trees, shrubbery, walls, hardstandings, drainage, slab and associated base.
