Network Homes wish to procure a framework agreement for all Planned Works which can include but are not restricted to: —Kitchen and Bathrooms. —Roofing. —Windows and Doors. —Cyclical Decorations. —External Works and any other Planned Works. —Access / Scaffolding. —Potential addition of External Wall Insulation works. —Potential addition of sound insulation works. —Asbestos surveys and tests if required. This list is not exhaustive, but is provided as an indication of works that may be instructed under the Framework Agreement. These works will be across the Network Homes portfolio of properties. The client is Network Homes, Olympic Office Centre, 8 Fulton Road, Wembley HA9 0NU along with its subsidiary SW9 Community Housing. This list is not exhaustive, but is provided as an indication of works that may be instructed under the Framework Agreement. These works will be across the Network Homes portfolio of properties. The maximum anticipated annual value of these Works is 13 000 000 GBP As such the maximum value over the four year Framework duration is 52 000 000 GBP However, it should be noted that this value could be reduced by up to 5 000 000 GBP per annum as the current Responsive Repairs contractor has the potential to be awarded this element of Works per year. The overriding Framework will be the TPC2005 (amended 2008) — ACA Standard Form of Contract for Term Partnering incorporating Network Home's Schedule of Amendments and Special Terms. Please refer to the full Procurement Documents for details of the call-off procedure for this Framework, which will be on a project by project basis and will include a mechanism for both direct call-off and mini competition. This Framework has not been separated into Lots due to practicalities around resourcing and contract management for a Framework including these forms of Works.
