Tender description

We have secured Heritage Lottery Funding for the refurbishment of the Rocket Cart House, Newbiggin-by-the-Sea with a potential project value of 80 000 GBP. The lead consultant and other consultants (structural, M&E, QS) are in place. This procurement exercise is for the main works contractor which may generally comprise of the following aspects: Comprehensive refurbishment of empty Rocket Cart House and ancillary spaces, including: — Re-roofing (repair / renewal to damaged roof structures); — Renewing fenestration, surface water systems; — Brick / stone re-pointing / repair; — New / full services renewal; — Redecoration. PQQ plus single stage restrictive tender procedure.
