The demolition of the garage blocks no’s. 2 & 3, the demolition of three aerial walkways; 1 within each garage block & a further walkway linking garage blocks no’s. 2 & 3 (fronting onto Anlaby Road), removal of 6 no. link bridge walkways connecting the garage blocks to the adjacent multi-storey blocks of flats, removal of boundary walls incorporating metal fence panels fronting onto Anlaby Road, associated builder’s work to temporarily make good superstructure of multi-storey flat blocks where link bridges removed, and making good garage block concrete bases which are to be retained. ***Tender documents can be viewed at Yortender.co.uk where you should also provide your tender submission***
