Tender description

The project is for the provision of the delivery of Category 1 social housing units in Belfast by means of design and build framework agreement, where the Economic Operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Alpha Housing Association in accordance with the DSD Housing Association Guide; Clients Requirements and Statutory Body requirements. Alpha Housing Association expect to appoint a Developer this financial year (year ending 31.3.2017) to deliver up to 30 housing units.
