Tender description

The works comprise of the complete renewal of roof coverings to the subject hotels, the existing slate roof covering and dormer detailing will be removed to allow for new felt & battens prior to the slate covering being reinstated. During the works lead flashing and coverings will be removed and renewed to windows and abutment details where applicable, joinery repairs will be undertaken to the windows within the roof area and decorations completed. A ‘Top Hat’ scaffold will be erected in order to enclose the hotels as the roof and top floor will be exposed at times during the works.
