West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking to appoint a development partner to design and build a town centre mixed use scheme including the provision of a new, fit for purpose, modern, bus station facility, and uses that contribute to the wider regeneration of Ormskirk Town Centre. The scheme must provide: — At least 900 m² of ‘shell and core’ floor space at ground floor for use by the Council, — A bus apron area to include at least 5 bus stands and bus movement area, — Enhanced public realm.
