Quotation for a Loft Conversion - 109 Hydes Road The project consists of the conversion of a loft space to an existing pre 1945 semi detached 3 bedroomed house, to accommodate an additional 4th bedroom and shower room. Works will include a flat dormer roof to be integrated into the existing pitched roof, to include vertical tiling. Specific details are all contained on drawing No: AR(T)-01. Potential builders must verify all measurements, dimensions, levels, drain and sewer positions and all service locations prior to commencement. The works may be subject to the party wall act 1996.
