Design and Build 7 Houses in Euclid Street, Swindon for Swindon Borough Council Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the design and build of 7 houses in Euclid Street, Swindon. Project Description The houses comprise of 5 terraced and 2 end terraced houses and are to reflect the existing traditional homes. Each house has 3 bedrooms. Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 7 months commencing 20 February 2017. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 21 December 2016, 12.00GMT by hardcopy to the address on the label at the end of the ITT document (Law & Democratic Services).
