TII have procured IMI to provided a Senior Leadership Development Programme. Senior Leadership Development Programme The TII goal is to build and develop a high-performing, project-orientated, commercially-minded public organisation that delivers on its objectives to our Customers and to the Government, and is seen as a leading authority in transport infrastructure. Senior Leadership Development is a key enabler in maximising individual potential and further improving individual, team and company performance. This programme is an integral part of TII's Learning and Development strategy and demonstrates our commitment to senior managers by offering them the support they need to be effective in their current and future roles.
