Tender description

The scope of the Contract is the provision of Works to the internal communal areas in Richards House, Winn House and Tibbitts House at Burrowes Street Tenant Management Organisation (TMO). The proposed commencement date of the Contract is the 9th January 2017. The Works are to be completed within 10 weeks of the Contract commencement.
