Places for People Placemaking Ltd are seeking suitably qualified service providers who can deliver a series of regeneration, development and property management related services and supplies to form a Placemaking Hub which will be utilised and owned by Places for People Placemaking Ltd. It is intended that the Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by contracting authorities in the United Kingdom. Whilst the Placemaking Hub will be offered as a holistic approach it is our intention to separate this into three distinct procurement procedures. Strategic Consultancy — services will be separated into Lots to include: masterplanning and architecture, town planning, engineering, environmental technologies and sustainability, landscape architecture and ecology, sales, marketing and lettings, digital infrastructure and SMART cities consultancy, construction and technical advisory. The full range of architectural designer's services including siting, spatial arrangement, amenity and appearance of buildings and external works elements. Master-planning and urban designer's services including producing masterplans, urban design studies and strategies, design statements and codes. Advice on and management of the planning application process including, where required, the production of specific planning and environmental impact assessment documentation. General advice in relation to planning strategy, consultation and communications. Championing the inclusion of sustainability into a project and ensuring that the sustainability requirements of the Client are met and the targeted assessments achieved. Civil and structural designer's services including civil engineering elements, highways and infrastructure design, structural stability of building sub-structures, super-structures and external works elements. Mechanical and electrical designer's services including building services (including mechanical, electrical, public health, transport and communications systems) elements. Includes providing advice on cloud technology, analytics, mobile technology, social engagement/collaboration, and digital infrastructure in the context of the built environment. Quantity surveying, employer's agent, project management, and building surveying services. Design and specification of the external environment including public realm, boundary treatments, furniture, lighting, planting and supporting any sustainability or ecological assessments. Provision of marketing, letting and disposal services and advice.
