Tender description
This Future Opportunity is to notify the market about the plans to formally engage the market to establish interest in the market as well as to obtain information to further inform The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) requirements. As such, this Future Opportunity does not formally signify the beginning of any procurement and does not constitute a commitment to undertake a procurement exercise. In the event that a decision is made to formally commence a procurement pursuant to this Future Opportunity a separate notice will be issued. Westminster City Council (WCC) on behalf of RBKC intends to procure a contract for the provision of Investment Consultancy Services across two lots: Lot 1 — Investment Consultancy Services for RBKC Pension Fund; and Lot 2 — Property Investment Advisory and Managerial Services. Please note that the contract start and end dates set out above are only indicative.
