Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Design and Construction of a new build facility to be known as Dock2. The scheme comprises the design and construction of a new build facility comprising of 12 light commercial/office spaces together with all associated infrastructure, drainage, statutory services, communal areas and external works at Pioneer Park, Leicester. The scheme will be built on part of the existing adjoining property’s car park, which is known as Dock. The car parking for the tenants of the existing adjoining building will relocate away from the proposed development. The adjoining property Dock, reached a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”, and the new building of Dock2 must achieve the same rating. Keywords: Construction
