Tender description
Sutton Council has committed to uplift Market Place Sutton, to build business resilience and to protect a much loved local town centre. The project will achieve these objectives by improving shop and building frontages through well designed and constructed physical works, lighting, branding and signage. The project area – the pedestrianised section of Sutton High Street - comprises some 7 properties to receive shop front works and 10 properties to receive works to the upper facades, including a gable wall art work. This tender is the result of a extensive consultation, engagement and design phase completed by the Council and their architects. We are now looking for an experienced, methodical and cost effective contractor to implement this high profile town centre regeneration project.
