Installation of Heating Pipework at Broadlea Primary School, Lake, Isle of Wight

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council invites quotes from suitably qualified providers for the supply and installation of heating pipework at Broadlea Primary School. The contract is to run from 17 December 2016 until 24 February 2016 or as per the agreed programme. The works consist of the installation of heating pipework at Broadlea Primary School, Newport Road, Lake, Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 9PE. These works aim to resolve a leak in the heating system which is believed to be in the floor pipework trench. The heating pipework in the trench shall be abandoned and replaced with pipework running at high level through the school, reconnecting to the heating circuits. Allowance must be made for all associated asbestos testing and removal work as identified within the asbestos R&D survey report.
