Tender description

Burlington House is a Grade 2 listed property located in The Green, Bedfont. The boundary wall between Burlington House and St Mary’s Church has partially collapsed due to root systems of trees adjacent to the wall causing the foundation to rotate. Where not collapsed the wall is in a dangerous condition and has been served with a dangerous structure notice by LBH Building Control.The works include demolishing the wall, protecting the area and rebuilding the wall to the staisfgaction of building control, planning etc.
