Building alteration work / Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations / Installation services of electrical and mechanical equipment / Installation services of refrigeration and air conditioning systems / Repair and maintenance services of refrigeration and air conditioning systems / Joinery projects / Installation of windows / Repair and maintenance services of roofing services Framework Agreement for Multiple Lots: —Building works over 100 000 GBP (Build Only); —Building works over 250 000 GBP (incl. Design); —Specialist X-Ray Enabling work; —Specialist Theatre Enabling work; —Medical Gas works; —Refrigeration and Air Conditioning works; —Joinery works; —Window services; —Roofing services. The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent building contractors for the provision of a building repair and construction service. Lot 2 will comprise of all work valued above 100 000.00 GBP and below 1 500 000.00 GBP exclusive of VAT. (per project). The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent building contractors for the provision of a building repair and construction service. Lot 3 will comprise of all work valued above 250 000 GBP and below 1 500 000 GBP exclusive of VAT. (per project). The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent imaging specialist building enabling contractors for the provision of a building repair and construction service. Lot 8 will comprise of all types of imaging enabling works. The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent specialist operating theatre contractors for the provision of a repair, maintenance and new works service. Lot 9 will comprise of all types of theatre installation works. The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent refrigeration and air conditioning contractors for the provision of a repair, maintenance and new works service. Lot 16 will comprise of all work valued under 100 000 GBP exclusive of VAT. (per project). The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent joinery contractors for the provision of a repair, maintenance, and new works service. Lot 17 will comprise of all joinery work valued under 100 000 GBP exclusive of VAT. (per project). The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent window installation contractors for the provision of a repair, maintenance and new works service. Lot 18 will comprise of all window installation, repair and maintenance work. The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent roofing contractors for the provision of a repair, maintenance, and new works service. Lot 19 will comprise of all work valued under 200 000 GBP exclusive of VAT. The Trust intends to establish a framework agreement with experienced and competent medical gas contractors for new works services. Lot 10 will comprise of all medical gas related work.
