Tender description

The Works shall comprise planned investment into Kitchens, Bathrooms and Rewires in existing occupied and unoccupied domestic properties owned by Leeds City Council. The work shall comprise the whole of the Labour and unless otherwise indicated, all materials, plant and equipment necessary to form a complete installation and such tests, adjustments and commissioning as are prescribed in the specification clauses and as may otherwise be required to give an effective installation to the specification of the Leeds City Council.
