Tender description

General Building Reactive Maintenance Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) is responsible for the provision of Building Maintenance works in Council Managed Properties within the Ipswich area and directly provides the maintenance of various types for these properties. Following a recent tender for a contract commencing on 1st April 2017 we now require a shorter term contract to cover the intervening period between 1st December 2016 and 31st March 2017. This Tender is for the Maintenance and Capital expenditure for our 8000 properties within the Borough of Ipswich. The contractor is to include all labour, plant and materials necessary to complete the installations.
