Design and Build for Carlisle and Copeland Dementia Care Homes

Tender description

Cumbria County Council is seeking a Design & Build Contractor to design and construct two Dementia Care Homes in Copeland and Carlisle. The care homes are to accommodate 60 residents each with a mixture of dementia and high dependency needs. The building aims to be a centre of excellence for people with dementia therefore the design (internally and externally) must meet the good practice design standards. Please see tender documents for further information. Responses to the online Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be used in the first step of selecting Bidders to tender. Selected Bidders will be invited to participate further in the procurement. Any questions/clarifications regarding the project MUST be via the Chest.
