Cemetery Extension Construction Phase 1B

Tender description

Hadlow Parish Council invites expressions of interest from experienced locally based contractors (within a 30mile radius of Hadlow, Kent) to carry out the construction of new infrastructure comprising an access road, footpaths, earth works, land drainage and water supply. Expressions of interest should include full company details, annual turnover, company health and safety policy statement and details of two similar projects carried out within the last three years. Invitations to tender will be issued on 11 November 2016 for return by Friday 9 December 2016. It is expected that work will commence on 13 February 2017 with completion by 17 March 2017. Note however that the surface dressing of the road and footpath maybe delayed until the weather is appropriate but in any case is to be completed within 3 months of the anticipated completion date.
