Campus Centre Venue First Floor Refurbishment

DMU is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out re-modelling alterations to part of the first floor within the Campus Centre, The Gateway, Leicester, LE1 9BH. The supporting information outlines the scope of work and briefly consists of: 1. First Floor – a number of existing offices to be re-modelled to provide 2 dance studios and 2 meeting rooms, with associated Mechanical & Electrical works. The work will include the replacement of the existing fire alarm system complete to be conducted in conjunction with this project. The proposed works is to include, but not limited to: The works consist of the refurbishment of the rear of Venues 1 & 2. The project involves removal of existing walls etc, new flooring, new folding doors, new structural steel to support the folding door (Contractor D&B element) Mechanical & Electrical installation adaption to the existing systems, new raised stage section to accommodate pool tables underneath it.
