Who Speclialist Work With Work across 2 cross functional Agile teams, closely with User Researcher, Designers and Product Owner What Specialists Work On ●Usability testing,test moderation, analysis, report writing ●In-house research testing new product and concept developments ● Working with designers/ developers to turn user data into actionable product/service requirements feeding into prototype development. ● Designing / scripting / analysing ad-hoc quantitative surveys ● Managing ad-hoc qualitative/quantitative research: proposition development, visual identity, customer experience mapping ● Applying knowledge in human factors, ethnography, user-centred design process to product and service design. ● Use analytics to deliver continuous improvement ● Presenting findings / business recommendations/ customer insights to senior decision makers ● Promoting user centred design principles and best practice within government aligned to GDS Where the Work Takes Place Land Registry Information Systems, Seaton Court, 2 William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5WS. Security Clearance BC Security Clearance Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience In-depth understanding and demonstrable experience in user-centred design principles and tools and product development Excellent written and verbal communication Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience and/or degree in the relevant field Ability to work with users and stakeholders at all levels Experience and/or degree in the relevant field. Proven experience of managing, executing and analysing usability test sessions Proven experience of working in an agile development environment with User Experience teams, directly with Design, Software, Content and Product to create new digital products and services Experience of audience modelling and developing design personas Full understanding and demonstrable experience in indirect data collection techniques such as web traffic analytics Nice to Haves No. of Specialists to Evaluate 8 Cultural Fit Criteria Works well in a collaborative Agile team Transparent and collaborative when making decisions Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 65% Cultural fit 15% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers Budget range £570 (excel vat & t&s) t&s will be paid in accordance with land registry travel policy
