Tender description

Goldsmiths, University of London, would like to invite suppliers to bid for the main contract for building works at Block D, Batavia Road; a new build shell and core property newly acquired. The objective of the project is to create a new administrative hub whereby existing professional services teams will be co-located into one purpose built functional space, aided by the implementation of ‘flexible working’. Block D has a GIA of approximately 1,700 sqm and comprises four floors of accommodation. The main contract is to be procured on a traditional fully-designed basis, and the design is currently at RIBA PoW 2013 Stage III. The proposed scope of works is largely a traditional office fit out with a large amount of mechanical and electrical elements.
