Establish a framework of contractors that provide a quality service, whilst also providing best value in delivering projects across a range of disciplines and Clients. This framework will comprise of the following categories and sub divided into value bands stated below. Prefabricated Buildings - Works to be carried out include but are not limited to; Supply, Deliver and Install New Units (fully compliant with current legislation) Supply, Deliver and Install Refurbished Units (fully compliant with current legislation) Associated works to include but not limited to; Groundworks Drainage Mechanical Electrical External Works Band 1 – Up to £2,000,000
