Coventry City Council has established a multi-supplier framework to support the Councils Highways Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the delivery of highways services to supplement its own service and act as a top up flexible resource where required to deal with the peaks and troughs of the highways maintenance season. Works to include kerb replacement, pre-cast kerbing and channels, adjusting ironworks and minor drainage works and some minor areas of footway construction and resurfacing. Reactive and programmed pot-hole and patching repair maintenance. May potentially include any of the following: — Carriageways to include reconstruction, resurfacing, crack repairs and sealing; — Foot-ways including reconstruction, resurfacing, crack repairs and sealing; — Construction of foot-way crossovers; — Emergency works; — Drainage etc. May potentially include any of the following: — Carriageways to include reconstruction, resurfacing, crack repairs and sealing; — Foot-ways including reconstruction, resurfacing, crack repairs and sealing; — Construction of foot-way crossovers; — Emergency works; — Drainage etc.; where the total value of the works is estimated to exceed 250 000 GBP.
