Tender description

Painting of General Needs Properties owned by Metropolitan Housing Trust in the East Midlands, Managed by Metworks (Metropolitans in House Contractor). Painting the Interior and exterior of properties that are owned by Metropolitan Housing Trust which are predominately flats and apartments. Interior work will be in the communal areas only and will in the main exclude the interiors of flats. The work may include exterior iron work and the painting and marking of car park areas. The contract will be managed by Metworks the Metropolitan in house contractor and the contract will be let in there name.
