Tender description

Limerick City and County Council is seeking expressions of interest from Demolition Contractors for inclusion on a framework agreement for demolition works contracts. The works typically involves demolition of both individual houses and blocks of houses. Associated works may include, but is not limited to, asbestos removal, isolation of dwellings to be demolished from adjoining properties, temporary weathering of adjoining gables and new gable wall construction, as well as site perimeter works such as wall construction/fence. This is Stage 1 of a 2 Stage restrictive tender process. Refer to the enclosed documents for further information.
