Tender description

NIE Networks has a number of civil engineering contracts which will be re-procured during 2017. These contracts involve services and works related to excavation, cable laying and reinstatement, underground cable jointing and civil engineering. In advance of advertising these procurements, NIE Networks is seeking feedback from experienced contractors through the completion of an online questionnaire.
