Tender description
LB Brent is creating a portfolio of 150 private rented sector properties in the Home Counties. We are looking for suitably qualified housing management/letting agent(s) to provide all aspects of tenancy management, rent collection and responsive repairs. The portfolio is currently small but will grow rapidly. This contract would suit letting agents, Registered housing providers and housing management companies.
