Barnsley MBC is looking to procure a Customer Satisfaction tool that will support feedback and satisfaction levels for all access channels. We are looking for a provider who has the skills to meet the specification. Barnsley Council would like to invite quotes from organisations that are able to provide Customer Satisfaction system to integrate with all access channels.
