Tender description

The principle objective of this tender is to appoint multiple contractors to a Housing Refurbishment Framework Agreement for internal works. It is the intention of South Ayrshire Council's Housing Operations department to set up a multi supplier Framework Agreement, with up to 3 suitably experienced Contractors, who can carry out internal modernisation works within council owned residential properties throughout South Ayrshire.
