LU00447 - Framework for the provision of Eggs and Yogurt

Tender description

The University of Leicester and Loughborough University seek proposals for the provision of eggs and yoghurts. The requirement is split into two lots: Lot 1: Eggs Lot 2: Yoghurts Tenderers may offer to supply one or two lots, but must be prepared to supply each Lot tendered for in its own right to both Universities. It must be understood and accepted by tenderers that the outcome of this tender exercise is the award of one framework agreement for each or both lots. A framework shall be awarded to one supplier per lot or for both lots for a period of up to three years on or around 1st March 2016 for 3 years to 28th February 2019 with an option to extend up to a further year by agreement between all parties The procurement exercise is being conducted by a joint consortium comprising of University of Leicester and Loughborough University as an EU Open Procedure as set out in The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR 2015) as advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
