The contract was awarded for the refurbishment of Level 1 Zone C 1CS, 1CE, 1BW at Colindale and included: 1. Survey of existing installation 2. All works associated with the safe decommissioning and removal of the existing redundant lighting installation 3. All works associated with the modifications to the existing lighting circuitry including containment and energy meters 4. All works associated with the supply and installation of new general and emergency luminaires 5. All works associated with the supply and installation of the new lighting controls equipment 6. All works associated with the testing commissioning and demonstration of the new lighting installation 7. All works associated with the post installation evaluation 8. All builders’ works in connection 9. Provision of operating and maintenance manuals and as built record drawings
