Tender description

The Authority requires a contractor to undertake the Design and Build of the Ely Southern Bypass. Stage 1 works for the bypass ('Developed Design') shall be awarded under the NEC3 Professional Services Contract Option A (Priced Contract with Activity Schedule), and Stage 2 works ('Technical Design' and Build) shall be awarded following completion of Stage 1 under NEC 3 Option D (target contract with bill of quantities). ('Developed Design' and 'Technical Design' shall be in accordance with RIBA Stage 3 - industry standard). Submitted to OJEU 21st January 2016
