Development and delivery of Strategic Leaders Development Programme – Phase 2 This tender concentrates on the development of 75 clinical leaders supporting the transformation and directives flowing from the nine Divisional team leads. This programme will concentrate on developing the competence of clinical leaders, in order that they can work with the wider clinicians by developing a shared clinically led service model using real time challenges that the Care Groups will encounter over the coming years This programme is required to ensure that staff feel well-led and committed to supporting the transformational changes required to embed a service-led organisation. In particular, the Trust’s transition to a clinically-led model. The programme should provide a mix of business, personal and team development.
