Tender for the Repair and Maintenance of Asphalt, Built Up Felt and Pitched Roofing - SCC 290 Project Outline Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Neighbourhoods Directorate is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of properties owned by the Council. We are looking to enter into a Term Contract to undertake the repair of asphalt, built up felt and pitched roofing The work is of a jobbing nature on properties owned by Sandwell MBC and will be covered by four lots of which the contractor can apply all of the lots. Lot 4 covers general roofing items, contractors who tender for any of the three lots they must also tender for lot 4.The pricing will be plus or minus across the NHF Schedule of Rates, the contract period will be for two years.
