Mosscare Housing Limited for itself and on behalf of Mossbank Homes Limited and Mosscare Shared Services Limited and registered providers of social housing as listed and maintained at http://homesandcommunities.co.uk are looking to procure the phasing of improvement works involving the delivery of overspill capital and investment works to housing stock. It is anticipated that the requirements will fluctuate in accordance with the demands on the contracting authorities, from time to time, which the contracting authorities' own technical services team considers to be overspill works. The scope of the works will be to external structures and internal works, to include the following: — roofing/re-roofing and associated works; — damp proof course and associated works; — floor coverings and associated works; — drainage and associated works. The intention is to procure and appoint to 2 contractors to a framework agreement. The successful contractors will need to be experienced in undertaking re-roofing works to housing stock of registered providers (or similar) and be able to demonstrate their expertise in re-roofing housing stock and associated works. The appointed contractors will then be subject to the call-off of underlying term contracts. Successful appointment to a framework agreement or an underlying term contract is not a guarantee of any work being placed or ordered. The main area of performance will be Stockport and Manchester but there may be additional work in other parts of Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside. Across NUTS codes UKD2, UKD3, UKD4 and UKD5. The intention is to procure and appoint two contractors to a framework agreement that are experienced in undertaking the installation of damp proof courses and associated works to housing stock of registered providers (or similar).
