The project is to provide Disabled Facility Adaptations Framework: Lot 1 — Bathing, Toileting and associated Internal / External Adaptations Lot 2 — Supply and Installation of Through Floor and Step Lifts Lot 3 — Ramps, Hardstands and miscellaneous External Adaptations Lot 4 — Half Steps, Steel Hand Rails and miscellaneous Minor Adaptations within the Borough of Bolton, comprising :- General building and adaptation work to Bolton at Home properties including but not limited to: plumbing, flooring, joinery, drainage, concrete, brickwork, roofing, fencing and gates, paving and flagging, doors and windows, mechanical and electrical works. Each job call off value within any lot is up to a maximum of 20 000 GBP Bathing, toileting and associated internal / external adaptations for disabled facility adaptations. Supply and installation of through floor and step lifts for disabled facility adaptations. Ramps, hardstands and miscellaneous external adaptations for disabled facility adaptations. Half Steps, steel hand rails and miscellaneous minor adaptations for disabled facility adaptations.
