Provision of Statutory Testing & Reactive Maintenance PQQ

Tender description

The Councils contract for the provision of reactive maintenance and statutory testing requirements to its corporate properties has been in place for just under four years. Current arrangements for Reactive maintenance and statutory servicing and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services are due to expire on the 31st May 2017. Consequently there is a requirement to go to the market to re-procure these services; the new contracts will run for a two year period, with the option to extend for a further year then one further year. The new contracts will be in 6 Lots providing three building fabric reactive maintenance contracts, and three building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contracts covering geographical regions within Cumbria as follows; This is a restricted procedure.
