Tender description
To provide a painting and decorating service, as each batch of quotes under DPS to PSL (Private Sector Lease) properties to match original Landlord finish, to be undertaken as piecemeal orders. To set up a DPS, so have a list of approved painters for PSL (private sector leased properties) mini tenders will be run at timed intervals and the winner of each tender will undertake that work for the length as given in the tender (ie 3 months / 6 months intervals). currently manage 250+ properties and requirement of the lease is to be brought to standard or maintained as the standard of the landlord who le the property.
