Tender description
Description: Waterview House is a system built 17 storey block of flats beside the Regents Canal on the boundary of the Ocean regeneration area. The heating and hot water requirement for Waterview House is provided via the single storey boiler room at the rear of the building that provides communal heating and hot water services to 58 dwellings of Waterview House. The Waterview House system serves both the heating and hot water primary demand via a 2 pipe constant temperature sealed system. The primary energy was supplied by 4 Natural Gas Hamworthy PC105 conventional boilers with flue dilution. Two of the original boilers failed and were replaced by Ideal boilers in 2015.
