Tender description

The works briefly consist of the development of a Skills Training Centre at MIRA Technology Park The facility will occupy a prominent position at the front of the new Technology Park development, serviced by the newly delivered site infrastructure, and is proposed as a building of approximately 2 000 - 2 500 m2 over 2 floors in a landscaped plot with circa 100 car parking spaces. The design integrates classroom, workshop and conference facilities within the building. The development will be managed by the development team at Horiba MIRA Ltd, in close association with North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College using Fellows Construction Consultants as their professional representative. The team have successfully delivered the new buildings and infrastructure on the MIRA Technology Park to date. This PQQ invites parties to express interest in the contract to construct the Skills Training Centre and associated external works and landscaping on a design and build basis. Following a pre-qualification process via OJEU, 4 contractors will be invited to tender for the design and build of the new facility.
