The initial phase of these townscape enhancements is to be achieved through the design and construction of a new suspended deck structure, extending out over the existing slipway, as well as remedial Works to the adjacent quay, car park layout modifications and the removal of a small section of rear wall, located in front of the toilet/ showers. The project has received formal planning permission but now requires Detailed Design, Discharge of Planning Conditions and Construction THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS BELOW ARE READ ONLY.
